With an original take on the song...

Nice job, Mike! It's always fun to pull out something from the trough of cool "obscure tunes."
3 12-strings! That's insane! A veritable guitar choir... great job on the vocals, too.

I remember that tune - when I was a little kid my neighbor had a garage band - he was a huge Byrds fan and they did a bunch of Bryds covers. I remember them learning/rehearsing this one.
Mike great rendition - love the vocals and as Mark noted "A veritable guitar choir... " cool how the 12's don't really overpower each other... well done!

That is an awesome sound! Not just the 12 strings, the whole thing. Bravo

While we're on the subject of groovy music, maybe some of you guys can tell me who this is:

It's been driving me nuts for months.

Can't help you at all, Mark. But I wonder if one of the female singers might be Taffy Nivert who sometimes did back up vocals on John Denver's recordings, and also sang with a band called Fat City, later re-named The Starland Vocal Band.

Thanks, Jim. But I think that fellow RRF'er Todd Mossholder nailed it, or at least part of it. Track #3 is Wendy & Bonnie Flower from an album called 'Genesis' recorded in 1969.
So there's that. Sorry about the detour, Mike! Back to you!
