The patient is recovering nicely. 8)

Now that that nasty purple stuff is off the bass..............

so the purple machine is getting some surgery soon...but for now, here it is with a real pickguard on it and the screws put in to give more of a 'finished' look. Waiting on a pickup and then I will dig into the wiring...pots are OG...Gonna lose the tuners and get some new ones....Not a big fan of the klusons....need to clamp the fingerboard at the first fret to fix the separation and then on for a good setup....
