That's not too far from me, how was 72, in the scheme of things for 4001. Looks to be in not too bad condition, and nice checkerboard binding. The "de-fenderisation" shouldn't be too difficult.

In hi-res photo 3 you can see some wood missing around the Fender pickup (routing.) Also that's not a Rick pickguard, how many extra screw holes are there? I would ask for a picture with the guard off and also the body back.
