C'mon,Fedex truck!
Something is almost here.....fedex tracking shows it hit Coos Bay,OR,at 645am,the last stop before it gets on the delivery truck to Brookings.......its a good thing i'm busy working on plumbing and re-siding my house today,or i might just be beside myself....

Well, let's hope it didn't actually hit the bay...

I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...
Re: C'mon,Fedex truck!
Package tracking is a sinister invention. When the estimated date says next week, that's one thing, but when you're able to see what your package is doing...
"What!? It sat for 6 hours at the sorting facility? ********!!"
"Does it really take 12 hours to make a 1 hour drive!?!"
"THEY CHANGED THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME!"

Ah, that brings back memories to the brown van with golden logo that was supposed to bring me my 340. So, I sat there at work, totally stressed out as the tracking said it was going to be delivered... at the farthest location in Holland possible from where I was. Then they brought it to Amsterdam, saying address was incomplete (turned out to be both complete and correct in the end). Then they actually passed my freaggin' address bringing it to Rotterdam. Eventually I contacted the manager for Holland, dropping the name of the firm I work for, and then suddenly it was delivered correctly within an hour... to my greek neighbour, who wondered why he got a huge package from Greece he didn't expect.Grey wrote:Package tracking is a sinister invention. Well the fedex truck AND the plumber we had been waiting for all day arrived at the same time (6pm)'so i had to just sign for the package, put it inside and attend to the outdoor water line leak problem with the plumber. It was an hour later that i got to come in,take a shower, and even think about opening the package, just long enough to assure it was intact, then off to grab a bite. Two more clues would be from 2 of the folks that posted, but considering how long this has already taken me,i will just spill it. I was given the opportunity to buy John Luke's customised 4004 that Dane did,and i have to say the pictures pale before the reality. This would be the 4004-4002/v57,and i am one extremely happy fella. More impressions later, this is going to be a very busy working weekend for me.....

Congrats Woody..............my guess was only off, by a country mile.
I should have been paying closer attention I guess.
