Have you seen it?

Post by pitchman »

Hello,

I am new to this forum but I am a long time Rickenbacker Bass player. I owned a Rickenbacker 4001 Chris Squire back in the late 80's early 90's. However, like a dope, I traded it for something else. The unique thing about it was that it had been professionally refinished nitro cellulose lacquer Candy Apple Red finish. The fingerboard and the wings on the head stock remained the usual dark wood color. Does anyone on this forum own this bass, know where its is, or has seen it? I just want to get a photo of it for my album. :D

Hi Rick, welcome to The Forum!... you might want to check out the Registry section of this forum. There are a number of searches you could run. Good luck in your quest.

Checked the register. No luck. It's probably under someones bed waiting to get played. Damn, I wish I would have kept that one.
