Thanks for that. As you can obviously see, that's the maple-necked one; not his first, but it seems one of his old favourites. I guess it's probably the original that got trashed then; shame. If I ever could've owned 1 "celebrity" bass that would've been the one.

Yep, that's looks like the one; it's been through a few different pickguards, knobs and TRCs over the years, but that was the first. If you watch the "Ace of Spades" video it's on that in its best known form.
