I asked if it was worth more for the double binding here and I posted a link to the registry where you can see some pictures and I talk about the minor mods I'm planning for this guitar--360 to 370, black pick guard and TRC and maybe black RIC hardare too.

Not a 360, but for YEARS I used a 330 exclusively.

Re: Is a 360 You Main Gigging Guitar?
I have sort-of the same question. I have a 620 right now and do alot of shows in smaller club settings. Someday (soon I hope!) I'll get another ric--probably a 1997, 360, or a really cool 330--and need to know if they are good gigging guitars. I had a casino a while back and had to get rid of it due to the hum and screetch it made on stage when I played to close to the amp. Are hollow/semi-hollow rickenbackers like this? I play through a 30w fender tube amp that usually sits on a cab or amp stand, so on some smaller stages I'm only a few feet away from it
. I do not use any effects except for an occasional volume boost.
Also, do they stay in tune as well as the neck-thru solid-bodies? I've really been impressed with the 620's ability to stay in tune for a while and wouldn't want a guitar that I had to tune more then twice during a show.

Re: Is a 360 You Main Gigging Guitar?
i played a lot of shows with my 2003 360 and i never had problems with detuning. (before i added the accent trem)
Sometimes i had feedback issues but i play mostly clean. I've also got an older 330 from 67 which has Kluson tuners instead of the modern schaller ones and she has also no detuning problems.
