I saw one on ebay a while back, it was really nice. Maybe Witty will eventually come up with one.

There's a Grayglo 4003 on ebay now: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... TQ:US:1123

Unfortunately, the photos in the ebay ad don't really capture the "Gray" of the "Grayglo." The bass was manufactured week 36 of 2007, so it's in the "Grayglo" timeframe.

That 's the same bass and same ebay ad as above. Only difference is noted serial no.

Seller emailed SN to me, it's not in the ad. Where did you get the SN?

It is black that has a matte coat then clear coated. Makes it look grayish.

Brian, I got the "36" from the seller. I've looked at the photo and it's a toss-up, but I'd say the first digit is a "3".

I think someone will have to buy this bass so we can find out the last number. It's pretty reasonably priced. Any takers?

Come on, Paul B. That way you could get a Grayglo photo for your book!

My eyes keep wanting to see 36514...... But that last digit is very pixelated on zoom. They also sometimes see it as 36574 or 36579 or 36519......

I really like the subtle grey color of this!! I'd love to have it but if I began obsessing over every small variant, I'd need a second job and a bigger house! I already have two black Ric basses. A third, is a bit out of the question.
