Rickenbacker guitar tracks needed!

Post by Werewolfpat »

Hello everyone and Merry Christmas! Recently I was doing a documentary of the Rickenbacker factory in Santa Ana California along with an interview of Ben Hall, the factory's manager and son of the owner of Rickenbacker instruments... I am presently editing the footage which shows the various steps of fabrication and assembly of their guitars and bass guitars and I was asking Ben if he could give me some guitar tracks to illustrate the edited video... Ben doesn't have access to music that I would be able to use without having to pay rights so he suggested that I look on this forum in hope of finding a generous Rickenbacker lover who would let me use a few tracks to illustrate my video... The video will be posted on YouTube as well as my blog www.werewolfpat.com and although I cannot offer money for this I would be more than happy to give proper credit to the person who recorded the tracks... I do have copyright free music but it is not recorded with Rickenbacker guitars... If the worse comes to worse I'll have to use that... Thanks in advance! Patrick aka Werewolf Pat

Patrick,
Welcome to the forum. PM sent.
Expect nothing and you'll never be disappointed (and I mean that in an optimistic way).

I thought it was really cool to see Ben Hall doing the PR instead of his dad... That is the future for sure.

Also nice to see Lemmy's MG 4001s in playable condition...

Based on that interview alone, I believe that the business will be in good hands for many years to come. :D Well done Ben. You get two thumbs up from me too.

Yes, I agree. Nicely done.

I was doing a story for Gannett in the early '90s and Mr. Hall gave me a factory tour and museum look back then. Looks like RIC has come a long way since then technically but still keeping that handmade influence in the mix.

That's what makes 'em so special.

Nicely done Ben & Werewolf!
