It's a great combo...lots of sustain with the thru-neck and, as expected, the Vox puts out loads of chime and some nice growl when you need it (kinda Jam-ish with the hi-gains). Compliments that crunchy Gibson really well.

With our Tarzan-esque drummer I'm really glad I picked up a 30 vs a 15. I have to seriously crank this amp just to find my place in the mix
