The Dan Post's are cool, but I don't think they'll fit inside the pant leg if you're going for the drainpipe trouser Mod suit look.

Any pointed toe makes for easy access to the stompbox switches on a full pedal board however. . .

Well you may think I'm still skinny enough for those drain pipe pants, but I don't. I buy my suits right off the rack at J.C. Penny. And the slacks fit very nicely over boot tops.
