I HAVE WHAT I BELIEVE IS A 57 OR 58 RIC 3/4 FIREGLOW WITH REVERB BUT CANNOT FIND A SERIAL NUMBERHAVE HAD THIS SINCE 1958 ANY HELP WOULD BE ACCEPTED THANK YOU FRANK

Welcome to the RRF Frank!

Serial numbers on stuff from the 50's got a little weird and are sometimes hard to figure out. But on the RIC Corporate Serial Number Decoder page, they have several pictures of some of the different locations:
http://www.rickenbacker.com/service_serials.asp

Knowing just which model could help too. If you don't know the model, posting a few pictures will help the folks here figure it out...
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

Yeah, that was my thought 'cause I'm pretty sure none of the amps were fireglo...
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

Welcome to our forum Frank. I moved your thread to "Rickenbacker Guitars" since that is a more appropriate section of the forum than Technical Support where you initially posted. I have assumed of course that the subject matter is a guitar equipped with either a vibrola or an accent vibrato.

Or perhaps with a sound hole like this one? Does it have 3 pickups too?
