Oh, yeah. The wood, jackplate, trc and bridge pup are the only original parts left on it. Actually, some of the dots may still be original, too. :mrgreen:

Scott, was the neck pickup always 1" spaced on that bass?

When I got it someone had routed a big Guild pickup in it, so I had lots of options. I've got two pickguards for the 1\2 and 1" spacing.

Gotchya! I could've sworn the last time I saw it it has a 1/2" spaced pickup.

WHOA! is this an earlier vintage,neck through 4000? (i'm assuming because of the headstock wings....)

In all honesty, it sounds amazing with the bridge pup. Just ugly as sin.

Yep. I've had to use ninja style violence to pry it from the hands of anyone who's played it.
