Now here is a choice selection

Zero feedback, bad pic, apparently serious mod, and a high starting bid. So who here is going to bid first?

Always amazed at how many people jump right into ebay and try to sell a high priced item as their first auction! sell some stuff and get some feedback first it will get you a higher bid if you do. Then on the other hand I am amazed at how many people will blindly bid something like this. Risk is a personal choice I guess?

Way too high of a starting (or ending) bid even if it wasn't modded in my opinion

I agree that the price is too high the way it is.

It actually could be worse: the seller could have "borrowed" a picture from some other website and used it in the ad instead of a picture that looks like he/she actually did take it!

What the heck is that in the pickup area, a PANCAKE? Wow, that's big.
And how nice for "Rock" to carve his name into the pickguard. Sigh....

It apparently has stood up well to the test of time. Per the seller.
Does anybody know anything about the sliding pickup he is talking about?

At first I was going to ***** about the picture, but I'm actually quite glad I can't see that hack pickup job up close.

Sliding pickup?! I think that Mr. Rock was smoking some rock.
