Speaking of photo credits, I strive to credit each photo (that I didn't take myself) to the photographer. I also strive to obtain permission from the photographer to use the photo in the book. That said, I do presently have a handful of photos built into the layout for which I don't have sources. These have been gleaned from the internet by me and other contributors, and I don't feel comfortable using them without attribution. They are key images, I feel, and I want to keep them in the book. So I hope there are some of you out there who can point me in the direction so I can get these photos cleared for use. Anyone?
I talked with David Jenkins (man in the pic) at True Tone Music (Santa Monica) about this image, and he didn't seem to understand that I needed the photographers name. I e-mailed the shop with the picture asking who may have taken it, and got no response. This is a low-res shot and I'd like to get a better one. It's a 4005/6LH, probably the only one:
