I just got a note from Cafe Press too and a replacement is on the way!
:D 8)

Let's hope they get the problem figured out before they send out a bunch of other calendars with this problem. It sure can't help their bottom line to have to ship replacements...

My calendar arrived with the same error as well.... I contacted customer service, and they told me they would send a replacement out right away.... I am hoping it is waiting for me by the time I get home from visiting family for the holidays.

Just got mine last Friday, and had the same problem. I just submitted a problem ticket, thanks for the link.

Other than the September problem, it's a spectacular selection of pix! Melissa's famed "PurpleBurst" is my favorite.

It's starting to look like they either don't get it or they don't care. I'm guessing the whole run is that way.

I have emailed them and am awaiting a reply. Sorry for the trouble, guys and gals...it is on their end; their help page indicates that they are experiencing a " heavy volume" of trouble emails...maybe we're not the only victims.

Hey Paul, thanks for the efforts. I hadn't read your latest post in this thread til just now. I had had the same problem as everyone else when I got the calendar the day before yesterday. I went online to see about getting it taken care of and to my surprise, I got another calendar today. ( Far too soon for this to have been the replacement) so when I saw this calendar had the same issue I called them and asked them to escalate the issue to their production facility because I was aware of the problems other people were having.
I don't know anything about their process but if I didn't know better, I would think that they have a bad copy of the large version of the file. Anyway, that's my 2¢.

Just called Cafe Press again, and they assured me that they would have the people in the warehouse inspect the calendars before sending out yet another replacement. Hopefully they'll get it right this time....

I went ahead and ordered one rather than wait since I need a nice big calendar to hang over my desk. Are they making you all send the bad ones back?

They emailed me back that they think the original file I sent them, may be corrupted. Unfortunately, I will not be able to send them a replacement until I return from Brazil on Jan 10th.

At that time, the calendar replacements should be OK, unless they solve the problem themselves in the next few days.

Thanks to all for your patience!

Looks like the best possible outcome did happen--they got it fixed by themselves--and quickly, too.
