Living Things (Original)

Post by gibsonlp »

Hey,
A recording we made a year ago.
I didn't upload it because I wanted a better mix and to retake my bass line (it wasn't my best day...).
Never got to retake my bass line (time, time and time) and never managed to make a mix that I liked (that's because I probably suck at mixing).
We recorded it in our home studio (live rhythm section to multitrack), drums were using 4 tracks (Glyn johns' technique).

A little bit of a Pink Floyd vibe going on here in this track I think. I liked it--very good.

Nice job Gil. Would be a cool tune to do live! I like the mix - it has a nice retro feel to it.
