I prefer using the push-pull pots for volume controls. Why? Because it is generally believed (by techs that I've talked to) that the smaller push-pull pots are not quite as good as full size pots. Therefor a I'd rather use a full size pot for tone (a more critical function) and the smaller pot for volume. I sell the pots pre-wired and ready to install. PM me for details.

That mod works really well in my laredo v57, so much that i got the same thing from Dane to put in my cii. i still haven't found anybody to change them out and rewire it,tho. (i may have to go to the BIG CITY to get it done...Medford...) :(
