I've never seen some of these! What year was the Purpleglo let out? It has pre 2008 inlays? Same with the whiskeyglo bass.

Yes, very interesting to see how the sanding is done. Looks like it would be easy to mess it up if the person didn't do it just right.

So, why is it called "Pump Sanding?"
