MID Rockin' the Grammys

Post by rickyfricky »

Unless I dreamed it, I'm pretty sure the bass player for Maroon 5 was playing a Midnight Blue 4003 during the live performance of the Beach Boys tribute.

Anyone else spot it?
Watch those teeth, Marlin. I'm not sure we've properly sedated the beast . . .

It looked to me like a '72ish Jetglo 4001. Half inch spacing on the neck pickup and small headstock.

Great looking bass indeed, but it sure looked like a very dark BurgundyGlo to me...

Didn't care, was just happy to see a RIC and to know he has exquisite taste in basses.
