She's a beaut, Jeff. Congrats!
Re: Ruby anyone?
how do you like the schaller (?) bridge? it seems more substantial looking in the pics .....(compared to the bridge units on the older models.)
Re: Ruby anyone?
Congratulations, Jeff, on the new addition to your collection!
I would love to see that beauty in person sometime.
Glad the folks at Pick of the Ricks treated you right. Keep all of us posted on how it sounds!
Re: Ruby anyone?
I am very familiar with the Schaller bridge; I bought one back in the late '70s IIRC to put on a Jazz Bass I used to own. They are excellent bridges, probably on par feature-wise with the former ABM, but more elegant looking.woodyng wrote:how do you like the schaller (?) bridge? it seems more substantial looking in the pics .....(compared to the bridge units on the older models.)

I'm a new fan of the Schaller bridge since I got a 2030 bass. Great design and good looking, too.jps wrote:I am very familiar with the Schaller bridge; I bought one back in the late '70s IIRC to put on a Jazz Bass I used to own.
