Tomer, you need to put only the clip ID part of the URL inside the youtube brackets.

Amazing quality of the video from that long ago (almost 40 years). Blackmore smashes his strat, picks up another and that one is out of tune. Wonder how many B3's Lord wore out? Looks like the only one who seems to take care of his instrument is Glover!

Man, I LOVE Glover, but I could never stand that Fireball solo. Those pathetic bends make me want to stick a knife in my ears! LOL! Maybe he was trying to be avant-garde or something???

Yes, not his brightest moment.

It's a pity, :( Blackmoore became a poser so early in his carreer  (not considering the theatrical show with dry-iced Marshall stack  ). He never recovered from this childishness .
Allthough he has a high potential for a really excellent playing style, a glance is seen in some Rainbow songs and the early reunion records. :D

Here is photo of Roger Glover with Mustang bass, but I am not sure if it is Fireball recording session.

If I had seen that photo a while ago I would probably have kept my Mustang Bass that I sold recently.

I have CIJ Mustang bass, it is for my young students, who are not big enough for long scale bass :) They love that bass and of course I play it a lot :) when nobody is watching
My cousin is a big fan of Deep Purle and Ritchie Blackmore and he told me, that Glover used it on Fireball.

I have this DVD. Very enjoyable. I remember as a youngster a friend had a Machine Head songbook that had pics of Glover and his Rickenbacker. My first recollection of thinking how cool the instrument looked.
