I recently got bitten by the Rickenbacker bug. Take a look and let me know what you think. This is my Holy Grail. Thanks Ron.

Hmm, many of the amp models weren't available when we started entering them into the Register.

How about the most rare guitar and bass?

To my surprise i see both the 2020 and 2050 with just 1 sample in THE register (among others which surprises me less).

IIRC, Graham's was refinished in JG by PW and has a bound headstock.

I believe forumite Michael Gill (Germany) also has a 360F in JG; he is pictured with it in the 2010 RRF calendar.

Those sound holes are absolutely exquisite. How does one accomplish something like that? Is that done before the top is attached? Is the binding cut into that shape and then glued, or is that curve towards the bottom filled-in with binding paste and sanded? Has that shape -- with the extended and curved point at the bottom -- been used on any other RICs?

I visited Michael last summer near Frankfurt to bring him a Ric silver Tolex guitar stand. He has a FG 360F12 as well - in fantastic condition - just a wonderful guitar. I took some pics but it's up to him to post pics here. He's got some more little Ric treasures. Nice guy ! He's got a job now here in Munich during the week, I made arrangements having an "Augustiner" with him here :)
My holy grail would be one of those 1993 , if only I had the money .. :(

That Jazzbo is the nicest looker I have ever seen.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm
