Hello friends.
Someone have seen before this problem?
I have the comission of restore this 360, and I prefer to ask prior in the forum for the best advice.
I wonder if this will be fixed sanding the surface varnish and buffing again.
Someone knows the cause of this?

The varnish topcoat was sprayed after the previous coats of varnish were hardened. without having scuff sanded the previous coats.
To fix, the top coats must be sanded off, then new ones applied.
