Fake?

Hi, if i post some images here of a 4001, is there anyone who can give me an idea if it is a fake or not?

Yes, there are quite a few people here who are good at recognizing fakes.

Please post your pictures, you'll get an answer fairly quickly...
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

Welcome to the forum, Mark. Looks like a well worn Azureglo 4001 to me. Someone put an aftermarket piece inside the treble pickup surround. To be extra sure, got a clear pic of the output jack plate?
JETGLO should officially be renamed JETGLO ROCKS! :-)

only got these fotos I am afraid, going to take a look at it and play it this evening. I read all the posts about spotting a fake - round string holes, "stereo" instead of "rick-o-sound" etc etc so I will check them. But three people on this forum saying "probably genuine" is enough for me.

And the well-worn... well, that is part of the charm :)

Yep, I agree, looks legit to me. Better pictures would be good to just to be absolutely sure. Try to get a picture under the truss rod cover (on the headstock, just remove 3 screws) there should be 2 rods there.

Anyway, it looks a lot like mine, pretty much the same color, same shape neck heel, etc.:
