I must confess to not knowing much of his work, aside from "Green Onions".

A few choice YT clips would be appreciated.

It wasn't him on the original...it was the MG's original bassist Lewie Steinberg. Dunn joined after Steinberg quit the band in 1965. He played on most of their other essential recordings like "Hip-Hug-Her," "Time is Tight," and many others. The best primer for their work is the Stax Profiles disc which has a blistering live version of "Green Onions" with Dunn. Also among some of their repertoire are a number of Beatles songs that are scattered throughout their recording releases.

I found this video when linking to one Jake had posted in another thread. I believe that is mis-labeled as "George Harrrison Tom Petty Eric Clapton and friend rare rehearsal video " when actually they are rehearsing for the Dylan 30th Anniversary Concert. Well to the point, you can see Duck sitting behind all the guitar players handling the bottom. Steve Cropper plays his Tele. Of course all the usual suspects are there too. If my memory serves me right GE Smith was the musical director for this concert.
