AAAaaarggh! My eyes! Seriously, four pickups are a bit overkill. Three is cool, but a lot of the sounds available on a four-pickup guitar are pretty much alike. Although I did try a DiPinto "Los Straitjackets" Model once that had four pickups, and it sounded pretty cool--much better than the '60's four-pickup Ekos and Teiscos that inspired it. Three would be plenty for me--I like the idea of three pickups on a 660 (or would that make it a 670?), especially with switching that would allow all the combinations (convert the mixer knob into a volume control for the middle pickup).

I'd like to see a one pickup (bridge position), one volume knob version. Less is more... treble.

Ask Per Gessle, he has a special 330S JG with one HB!

It's urgly. Photoshop or not. Also, no need sonically for more than two p'ups.

Definitely 'shopped, though. Look at the right side of, and the reflection on, the added middle two p'ups. Clearly a copy and paste of the bridge p'up.
