Those Lemmy amps are awesome, I've got one of his originals, well used, but still goes real nasty.berth wrote:

The rest don't go out much, the Superbass is my main gigging amp, not sure if internally it's any different to a normal one. The cab is an early 70's with 4 25w celestions, after about an hour they get hot and have a distortion of their own to add, just heaven.berth wrote:Pictures please! NO RESPECT!
I think GK is great gear, especially, back then; I think those cabinets are nicer than what GK makes these days.Katchagirl wrote:I've had my GK 800RB amp runnin' thru a GK (4)10 and (1)15 stack since I bought it new, back in the late 80's/early 90's (I have a TERRIBLE memory and didn't keep any paperwork on this stuff, unfortunately).
I personally think my Ricks sound FANTASTIC out of 'em!
I wasn't so sure until I got to play mine with a drummer and guitarist and got to turn it up.Katchagirl wrote:I've had my GK 800RB amp runnin' thru a GK (4)10 and (1)15 stack since I bought it new, back in the late 80's/early 90's (I have a TERRIBLE memory and didn't keep any paperwork on this stuff, unfortunately).
