Those Lemmy amps are awesome, I've got one of his originals, well used, but still goes real nasty.

The rest don't go out much, the Superbass is my main gigging amp, not sure if internally it's any different to a normal one. The cab is an early 70's with 4 25w celestions, after about an hour they get hot and have a distortion of their own to add, just heaven.

I've had my GK 800RB amp runnin' thru a GK (4)10 and (1)15 stack since I bought it new, back in the late 80's/early 90's (I have a TERRIBLE memory and didn't keep any paperwork on this stuff, unfortunately).

I personally think my Ricks sound FANTASTIC out of 'em! :D

I used a lot of crazy stuff (junk?) over the decades:

Fender Bassman cab 2X15" and head

Blue Sparkle Custom 2x15" with a Sunn head

SVT 8x10" cab and Peavey 210 watt head

Lab 1X15" cab and Peavey 210 watt head

Ampeg B-15N

GK Neo 2x12" with GK 1001RB-II head

GK Micro Bass combo

I think GK is great gear, especially, back then; I think those cabinets are nicer than what GK makes these days.

I wasn't so sure until I got to play mine with a drummer and guitarist and got to turn it up.

It changed its' character, and went from clean and hi-fi to a very mean grind.
