Playing with my new 4001C64s acquired from fellow forumite, Martin (yfoiler) last month. Everytime I pick up this beauty, it's extremely difficult to put down. On top of that, it has a totally different feel from my 4003. Now, I have the best of both worlds. :D

Almost!

Say this 100 times: I need a 4004 to have the best of both worlds!

Well, I've never sat down with, let alone seen a 4004, firsthand. So, I'll reserve judgement, until then.

You should try to make it down to Southern California for one of our get-togethers ... you'd not only be able to see at least one 4004, but also play it (as well as some other RIC basses), as well!
