I love my 4003's

Post by armybass »

Sorry I do not have anything specific to say other than I am totally geeking out over my basses just as much now as I did when I first got them and when I first fell in love with Rics 25 years ago. Even on a night when my gig was not that great and musically it was somewhat sub par.... the bright and shining spot was that I totally loved playing my FG 4003 and MG 4003. They both sounded and played so great and I totally enjoyed myself in spite of what could have been a blah night. I also love having people come up to me at nearly every gig and mentions the Rics and how cool they look and how great they sound. I just love my basses....

Everyone should have a practice amp setup of that magnitude in their bedroom.

...I rather prefer my wife sharing the bedroom with me and stay away from my practice room!

Life's always better when you're playing a Rick!

Great picture too....

I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

Rock, I had an 810 in there too but got married last month and decided that an 810 and a 6100 in my bedroom as a practice amp might have been a wee bit much.... if I wanted to stay married....this time...

Wife, tone, wife, tone, it can be a difficult decision at times. Still you can always crank up at gigs.
