The New addition

Post by vax2002 »

I heard a "rumour" this was in a local store, indeed it was, could you have resisted it ?
1990 4003s in red.
Now just to source a black treble cover, may have to make one from a chrome one.

Or if you dont want to put a cover over the treble pick up you might want to consider a trebel bezel cover that fits around the pick up. They come in black and fit very nicely around the pick up. You can see them at PickoftheRicks.com I put one on mine and love it. Thats where my thumb rests. Just a suggestion.

Looked at the bezel covers but here in the UK they want $100 for a bit of moulded plastic.

Definitely NICE!

Chrome hardware would be OK, but no white...
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

Horses for courses - it's the difference between 50's tailfin flash and SATAN. YMMV.

Nice. I'd just spray paint up a chrome cover.

Cool! Personally,I Love the red/black combo! And Since it is missing the pickup cover,i would try the bezel out. Most people seem to prefer the cover off.
