Pender Comments on Roy Clough's Article

Roy: I have heard through the grapevine that Mike Pender made comment of your article, "Pender the album that never was." Please take the time to fill us in?

Yes I saw Mike last night and the first thing he said to me was that he had an article of mine on him and got it out of his car, I don't recall if he said he had got it himelf off the web or someone had got it for him, but the page was printed direct from Clough Links, the article was Pender The Album That Never Was. He said he had not fully read it yet but would let me know what he thought, as he does not have my contact address, doubt it. I stumped him a bit though when I offered to sign it for him. Mike did confirm also, to answer a question Peter posed on an earlier posting, that MP's Searchers will still be playing gigs in between his commitments to Reeling and Rocking. He confirmed that Barrie Cowell will still be on bass and his son on Drums, he was slightly uncommital on who other member would be. Nice to know that some of these articles and postings are perhaps read.
