I'm back! Rockin' a mapleglo 360!!! Ric-less no more!

I bought. 360FG in 2005 ...returned it 3 days later cause I couldn't get along with the neck....but the Ric bug stayed.., anew months later I bought a 650 Dakota which I gigged in a blues band for about 4 years. Loved it but couldn't fly above the 15th fret....sold it to fund a GREAT Hamer Monaco....I LOVE my other Hamers....well, a couple weeks ago I traded the 2003 Hamer Monaco Elite Mahogany straight across for a mint 2009 360 MG! I missed having a Ric! This 360 neck is perfect....I love it! Lots of flame in the neck too. I can haul butt on this thing. Classic rock, blues, soul! Gigged it last week through my Marshall 18 watt clone with el84s and it was great.

Just wanted to say I am back in the Ric fold...to stay this time.

So there's a difference between a '05 neck and a '09? That'd be cool if someone made a chart with years and general attributes,... maybe I'll try to start that when I'm bored at my day-job!

I cannot say definitively, but the neck on my 2009 is easy, full and easy to play and even bend on. It feels better to me than the 2005....

There is a table for neck girth at various fret positions for basses that we have been compiling for a few years, now. Only problem is I don't recall where on the forum it is!
