I apologize as I know this has been covered, but I cant seem to find a thread on adjusting the hi gains without slotted poles- they're not all uniform in height, so the previous owner must have altered them, but I cant for the life of me figure out how?

I don't think they're supposed to be even. I believe they're supposed to follow the radius of the neck.
