Byrds: Original Recordings Blu-Spec CDs

Just discovered these, apparently, the Japanese have briefly reissued The Byrds' original mono and stereo albums/singles on this new format called Blu-Spec disc:

I wish I could afford them, as I've always wanted to hear the band's mono recordings...a lot. These discs also have previously unreleased mono mixes of "She Has A Way" and the lost "I Know My Rider" single.

I do hope Columbia/Sony/Legacy in the USA takes note of this and does something similar, perhaps issue all five albums similarly in a collector's box, ala Dylan's Original Mono Recordings box?

Amazingly and importantly, Blu-spec CD format is fully compatible with standard CD players.

Pretty important piece of information here. I was wondering.
