I'm surprised the Blue Shadows haven't shown up here. Imagine The Everly Brothers with that 12 string string Rickenbacker sound. (the late) Billie Cowsill was one of the voices. You can find them on YouTube.

They were great. Have done a tune or two of theirs, including some from his subsequent project The Co-dependents. What a loss.

Their song "Lucky To Me" has always been a longtime favorite of mine--Great vocals & harmonies & perfect Ric 12 sound.

I used to go to listen to Billy Cowsill regularly at the 'Fairview Pub' on Broadway,in Vancouver in the 80's.... a great band ...
