Can you hear which is the 4003, and which is not?

Not certain if this is the right place to post this... But I so often hear that Rickenbacker 4001/4003 basses are "one trick ponies" that I just ad to post these tunes. This is my band Psycho Surfers.

Check out "Studio Tracks."

I used my 4003, and another brand bass... All 8 bass tracks were with DI... No speakers or mics...

Let's see who can find the Ric...

At first it takes allmost a minute before quicktime loads and I can choose a song. (I am on a Mac with Chrome.) Then I have the option to listen to 8 songs taking about 4 minutes each. On the first track the bass was somewhat burried in the mix on my loudspeakers. Do you expect me to listen for another 31 minutes? ;-)

If you want this to work you better make one mp3 file with short excerpts of the 8 songs in my humble opinion.

...if you listen to the intro of each song you can already get an idea for the bass used. It is even easier, as there is not so much of the other instruments and voices. :D

I just assumed (I know that's a bad thing) that if you liked a tune, you'd listen to the whole thing, and if you do not, you'd only listen as far as you needed, to discern what bass is being used, if possible.
