Rickenbacker Strikes Back!

Post by Baker69 »

Has anyone seen these tee shirts that are currently on sale by a UK E-Bay Shop? No doubt you aficionados out there will be telling us what model it is (the bass that is)! :D

I think I would find it very hard to play in those gloves, also I would worry about damaging the paintwork with that helmet! I would have thought the Jetglo would have been better (more menacing)

p.s. They post to the Americas, Europe, Asia & Australia!

With the "upside down" headstock, that's a 4001C64. Probably not an "authorized" item by RIC, though.

I have it on good authority that the very limited JG models are reserved for the Empeor and Darth Vader.

Darth would have to have a Jetglo one with black pickguard and black hardware. 8)

The Emperor would have an ageing 'road worn' model, perhaps even a twin neck if his frail body could support it?

To quote Vader........ "The Force is strong with this one".

If he favoured the 'Dark Side" so much, does that mean he was a Pink Floyd fan?

I wonder if they finally cured the tail-lift issue on that side of the Galaxy!

Is that a screen capture from the forthcoming Episode 7 on that t-shirt?

Yeah, Justin Bieber's hidden inside that trooper costume... he'll be battling Sith Dogg, who will rap when fighting!

Nice B5 pic.

I think Vader would have a red one with black trim.

His light saber was red and his main battle axe would likely be red as well...
