I have Tony Bacon's "The Bass Book", so I have that pic. I was hoping that yours was one before all the changes were made---want to compare his original HS surround to the one on my 4001V63 PMC.

From what I can make out looking at various pics of Paul's bass it is most likely similar to the one on GG's '63 4001.

Up to 101 pages done now. Will work on the 4004 series for the next few days. Some exciting additions to them since my preliminary layouts.
