Lucky guy, John Simmons will have it in his hands (temporarily!) this Sunday. 8)
This is...big. All original...two serial numbers away from Lennon's.

Oh my.

Congrats John, that is amazing. Impressive to own a pair of '58 325s and even more amazing to own two of the first ten made. Couldn't be at a better home either! :D

All kidding aside, in these pics that John posted, you are looking at the earliest original and unaltered Rickenbacker 325 still in existance.


For the Beatle enthusiasts reading, that means just like John's as it came off of the assembly table.

PS......I still can't believe you picked it up from that old lady for $1500....shame on you!
