Hi Jim! Think I guessed the fireglo's were yours....I love your V63 by the way, I think the detailing on the early ones is nicer (eg better headstock shape). I like the idea of a v light Rick very much due to my back problems, but you just don't see many Cheyennes in the UK. In fact how's about I swap you the Cheyenne for a couple of tins of Lyle's....and how about the V63 for some more oats? Then everyone's happy! Image

Ok Shaun, here's how we can do this, I swap Jaymi a couple of cases of Lyles for the Cheyenne. After that, we swap the Cheyenne for your 4000.

Everybody wins !!!!

The v63 is, like my 4003 is not going anywhere.

I'll fund the shipping of Lyles to you and the Cheyenne to me, and then on to Shaun, Shuan funds the shipping of the 4000 to me,

Hi guys! Sorry, I'd signed off yesterday. Jim, I was planning on sending 25kg tins....that should even up shipping costs!

BTW the sale of the 4000 is still pending; there's been a slight hitch(this bass does NOT want to leave!). However it looks like my V63 is going so it's swings and roundabouts; if the V63 does go I don't really need to sell it (yet!). Don't worry, if it doesn't go this time but I still want to move it, I'll be back in touch!

"I'll fund the shipping of Lyles to you and the Cheyenne to me, and then on to Shaun, Shuan funds the shipping of the 4000 to me,"

Why does this remind me of some of those e-mails I used to get when I list gear? You know the ones where the guys offers to pay you in excess of the item's value by "bank check" and then arranges to have the item picked up and shipping paid out of the"check" you were sent.
If you think all is going well, you've obviously overlooked something.

lol ... not at all Ron, it was a genuine offer, Jaymi would pay nothing for shipping and would obtain substantial amounts of Lyles in return.

No you'd not ... you'd have the 4000, the Jetglo 4001, and whatever other Ric's you've got squirreled away, and you'd have enough Lyles to take a bath in !!!!
