I wish that emoticon came with a very loud and piercing "HOLY CR*P!!!" noise.

John, a huge congrats for what must be the greatest find in RRF history. I'm sure we'll all get to take a prolonged spin on V83 at the next MARF, eh?

All strung up. If guitar were a religion, many might consider this the holy grail.

From a 6 string perspective, and simply put, this is as good as it gets for this forum. Fantastic.

Can't wait to have this 325 in my hands. Thankful that I have such good friends that can give it a good home until we can meet up!

Surely an RRF historic moment. It will be fantastic to see closeup photos inside and out of this instrument.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Excellent. You have to love Rickenbacker forensics.

Loving it!

We need way more pictures :D

Also noticed that this may be the same guitar In the photo with F.C Hall holding it, Not v81 as believed. The Picture is quite blurred so the grain doesn't really stand out but the curved grain on the horn seems to be there (albeit very faintly)

Yes, check the two little ovals in the wood pattern on the other horn... the chance of the pattern being duplicated is close to 0, this must be one and the same guitar! 8)
