That sort of stuff always amazes me. You know it's just sleight of hand, but still...

I once had the opportunity to go to the Magic Castle in Hollywood. Sitting at a table, right next to a guy doing those kinds of tricks was absolutely amazing. You know the guy is just doing a trick, he tells you it's just a trick and even a bit of how he's going to do it, but you still swear it's actually magic...

I used to date a lady magician who was a member of the Castle. One of her skills (Please, no snide jokes :lol: ) was card counting, up to 4 decks simultaneously...WOW! Anyway, we would occasionally go to shows at the Castle, and it was good fun to see some greats close-up and poisonal.
