Bezel For 4003 - Thoughts, And Show Me Yours!

My wire touches the bottom of the spring, but the top of the spring touches the new rubber bezel....so the spring isn't actually touching the chrome surround? Is that a problem?

Hopefully the bolt will be touching the two, so it should be ok.

Personally I would move it to between the spring and the chrome surround, however it should be okay where it is.

Why not relocate it when you do your next string change?

I actually emailed Tube Ampology direct yesterday to see what they had to say.

I was advised that the method of fitting shown on their website is fine - I was told that because the grounding wire is making contact with the spring and the screw, and the screw is touching the chrome surround, all is good!
