To answer your question, I found this image on a forum that discusses acoustic guitars.Electrostring wrote:Ssh, our little secretjps wrote:Is this your Martin?Electrostring wrote:Where'd you find that picture?![]()

Re: How (not) to string a guitar
Was any explanation given for this stringing method? Maybe the guitarist strings his shoes the same way?

Re: How (not) to string a guitar
Nah, the OP found the image on Google, I believe. As to shoes, I'd be tripping all the time (not a '60s reference
) if my shoes were tied like this.
Re: How (not) to string a guitar
As unusual as it looks this method is just one major artist away from being the latest.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

OK, I'll bite. What's Nazareth tuning? All crossed up? Or something invented in a town in Pennsylvania?Electrostring wrote:Nazareth tuning!jps wrote:Imagine the tuning possibilities?

Nice find, Werner. Given this, the image in my OP is credited to:Electrostring wrote:Nazareth tuning!jps wrote:Imagine the tuning possibilities?
