The serial number (8C 443) makes it the earliest 1954 800 Combo in the Ric Register by two digits (the next one is 8C 445), and there are only a handful of registered 800 Combos to start with. Not clear from the photos what the situation is with the parts, but the bridge cover, TRC screws and pickguard ought to be easy replacements, and the original case is there. It seems doubtful that many early examples of this model -- let alone first-year 1954 examples -- survived.

I wish I would have seen that one. Looks cool. Odd that the bridge doesn't look to be 'recessed', others I've seen have a slight recess and then a metal surround to hold the cover...
