Glo Schtick

Post by rickyfricky »

Here's 3 kissin' cousins:

'76 3001 ATG /// '77 4001 ATG /// '05 4003 MBvp GH

Should we play "Spot the Refin", or is that too easy?

Watch those teeth, Marlin. I'm not sure we've properly sedated the beast . . .

Thanks Ted.

Gold guard and TRC from Chris @ POTR. When I rec'd this bass (off the 'Bay), it arrived with a gold guard that was wider and closer to the bridge pickup (vintage specs?), and smashed into pieces. When I called Chris for a replacement, I got the impression he had installed the (longer) gold guard and TRC.

My tech added the brown oven knobs. He had to shave one down slightly to allow free movement.

I don't play this one nearly enough . . . :?

The 3001 is in fact the refin. :)

I often wonder if the refin guy swung and missed . . . ? :?
