Not been on the sherry.

Just saying that just because a guitar may have many disirable cosmetic features, it doesn't necessarily follow that it's a good guitar.

I've not played many vintage Rics, it has to be said, but the ones I have played have all been Krap. Looked nice though.......

I'd recommend you try to play a few more vintage Rob so you can get a more rounded view. Maybe Graham could help out as I believe he has one or two lying around... :wink:

Scotty's 1997 is a great player. Terrific sustain. It just makes you want to play it. The FG has aged nicely too. It'll only get better.

Sounds like you regret letting that one go Graham, I'm sure if you ask nicely he'd do you a straight reverse trade for one of those beat up, badly playin', old 1993's of yours... :lol:
