My question...where did you find the gold plated hardware?

We sent the hardware to a metal plating outfit-not cheap but I think it was worth it.

I gotta say that Rick mods underwhelm me....most of the time. This, however is the exception. Nicely done! :shock:

The binding is tortoise shell. Here's a pic with tortoise shell pick guard/TRC set.
I think I like the gold better.
