Is everyone down with booking our usual dive venue, The Music Spectrum in San Rafael? If so, I'll be happy to make the call and reserve the two big rooms at a cost of $240 for the eight hour session. If we get twelve attendees that breaks down to 20 bucks per. If fewer, it costs each one more, obviously.

I should give them a month's notice to insure availability, so we should get organized as quickly as possible. This is short notice compared with previous confluences, so let's get cracking. Fortunately, Rich seems to be on top of the cat herding via e-mail and PM.

So what say ye? Music Spectrum OK?

Music Spectrum is perfect Kira, it's centrally located in the Bay Area, and we know what to expect at the venue. X-tra Large Vegetarian for me, but I won't mind if I end up with a bit of pepperoni..... I've already been in touch with Rich.....
